Alan has been cutting hair since 2019 and specializes in skin fades, mullets and custom styles tailored to each client. He is very passionate about making people look and feel their best with every visit.
Sarah Stewart
Sarah, originally from Pennsylvania, trained with some of the best barbers up north. Now in Virginia, she’s delivering precision cuts with a sharp eye for detail.
Jason Thurmond
Jason has been cutting hair since 1995, specializing in flat tops and short cuts. A quiet professional with decades of skill behind every cut.
Ron Robertson
Ron is a master barber with exceptional skill in both cutting and design. There’s no style he can’t handle, and he takes pride in making every client look their absolute best. He also specializes in curly hair, bringing expertise and precision to every cut.
Dan Dunham
Once a full-time master blacksmith, Dan has shifted his craft into the world of barbering. Meticulous and patient, he approaches each haircut with the same dedication he once used to forge blades—shaping and designing every cut to perfectly suit the client.
Kim
Kim is a highly skilled Korean barber with over 20 years of experience. Known for her speed and precision, she consistently delivers high-quality haircuts with efficiency and care.
Theresa
Theresa brings over 30 years of experience in hairstyling and barbering. She’s an expert in men’s cuts—fades, shaves, and business styles—as well as highly skilled in women’s cuts and styling. Theresa also offers eyebrow waxing and is a master of color, highlights, lowlights, and perms. Dedicated to her craft, she continually trains in the latest techniques to deliver top-quality results.
Scott Lee
Scott is the owner of 301 barbershop. A 5th generation barber that served in the United States Navy where he learned barbering. Is not currently taking new clients.
